Why this, why now
More than 13 million Syrians have been displaced by over a decade of war, with families sleeping rough in fields and cramped, freezing camps. Rebuild Shaam constructs permanent emergency homes, each with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, moving families out of tents and into dignity. Represented by its ambassador, Mufti Menk.

How it works
- Pick a monthly amount. From £5. One pledge, changed or cancelled any time in one tap.
- It pools with everyone else. 6,240 members give to this syndicate every month, which is what makes a well or a school possible.
- You see where it went. Abdullah Aid delivers on the ground, and the photos, video and receipts come back to you.
The honest numbers
- 80% goes to Abdullah Aid. The other 20% is our results fee, published up front. It pays for vetting partners, collecting proof from the field and running the platform.
- A vetted UK charity delivers it. Abdullah Aid is registered charity number 1180608.
- Sadaqah, not zakat. Every syndicate is labelled clearly, so you always know which kind of giving it counts as.
