Why this, why now
Millions still walk hours each day for dirty water that makes them ill. A single deep water well in Bangladesh serves an entire community for years, transforming health, freeing children to attend school, and restoring dignity. An ongoing sadaqah. Represented by its ambassador, Nadiya Hussain.

From the field
How it works
- Pick a monthly amount. From £5. One pledge, changed or cancelled any time in one tap.
- It pools with everyone else. 2,880 members give to this syndicate every month, which is what makes a well or a school possible.
- You see where it went. Human Appeal delivers on the ground, and the photos, video and receipts come back to you.
The honest numbers
- 80% goes to Human Appeal. The other 20% is our results fee, published up front. It pays for vetting partners, collecting proof from the field and running the platform.
- A vetted UK charity delivers it. Human Appeal is registered charity number 1154288.
- Sadaqah, not zakat. Every syndicate is labelled clearly, so you always know which kind of giving it counts as.
